How to position the menu inside the page?
To position the menu inside the page, you can place it inside any container (DIV, SPAN, TD) and it will
display inside that container.
You can also place the menu inside controls with absolute positioning to make it display exactly where you
want it to.
Here is an example where the menu is placed inside a table cell:
