Add / Rename / Delete Files/Folders with the FileSystem Manager

The tree can load a specific folder from the file system (e.g. wwwRoot/FileBrowser).
It allows you to add/delete/rename file/folders from the file system without reloading the page (using AJAX).
To add/delete/rename a file/folder, please right click on it, the context menu will be shown.
