How-To send request to Tech Support
In your support request please answer Yes or No to these questions:
1. Try ready working examples provided with suite.
• Do you have the same problem with them?
2. Try to create very simple test page to isolate the problem.
• Do you have the same problem on test page?
3. Tell us what steps should we do to replicate the problem.
• Please provide screenshots, error messages, etc.
4. Send us a simple working page/project that reproduces the error.
• By having a working project that we can run on our computers,
we'll be able to easily find the problems and provide you
a solution in a short time frame.
